Rules and Regulations

Catfish Trips: MDC Regulations for Blue Catfish have a 26” to 34” protected slot length limit with a 10 fish daily and possession limit. ALL OUT guides will also require that all catfish greater than 34” be released.

Paddlefish Trips: Offered only from March 15th-April 30th per the Missouri Department of Conservation paddlefish regulations. MDC regulations require that all paddlefish greater than 34” in body length be kept, with a daily limit of 2 paddlefish per person. Upon catching two paddlefish above the minimum length limit, an angler is prohibited from further attempting to snag, snare, or grab for any species. Consequently, if all anglers in a party catch their daily limit of paddlefish, even prior to the end of the 4 hour time slot, the captain will be legally required to cease fishing and return to shore.
